By applying for services with our company, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in our agreement. This includes granting access to the property for assessment and maintenance purposes, following all safety guidelines, and accepting liability for any damages incurred due to negligence on your part. You agree not to hold Native Clear Property Management LLC liable for anything not specified under a written contract agreement. Additionally, you agree to compensate for services rendered according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in termination of services.
Native Clear Property Management LLC does NOT offer any refunds or returns. After a written contract agreement is signed, customers/ clients have 3 business days to make changes, adjustments, and or fixes to the original contract agreement, only once appropriate and deemed agreeable under the authorizations and guidance of Native Clear Property Management LLC. Please be aware that additional costs and fees may apply.
Provided that the client is dissatisfied with the work completed. A new contract will be required, discussed and agreed upon before any further changes, fixes, or adjustments can be made. To qualify for a new agreement, clients must submit a written request within 10 days of service completion detailing the reasons for dissatisfaction. The new contract will be processed promptly upon approval, and a 20% labor and processing fee will apply for all materials, labor, and travel purchased specifically for the job. Clients are responsible for any damages incurred after the preservation / property work has been completed.
